CTI Wetcast has a fully equiped 14,000 sq. ft. site with 8 over head cranes and a full scale ganrty crane. This ensures we are able to deal with any size of project.

We manufacture and install fabrications in various materials, thicknesses and sizes. We can work to general arrangement and/or isometric drawings.

Site surveys and sketches can be provided if required. All of our welders are qualified and can be specifically coded if required.

Stainless steel grades — 304L, 316L and 904L, 1/4” n.b. diameter to 24” n.b. diameter sch 5 to sch 80.
Carbon steel API 5L grade B, ASTM A106, grade 430. 1/2” n.b. diameter to 24” n.b. diameter, sch 40 to sch 160 thick.
Carbon steel screwed BSP BS1387, 3/8” n.b. diameter to 4” n.b. diameter sch 40 to sch 80 thick.

We are happy to work from rough sketches or engineering drawings.
Alternatively we can produce detailed drawings to meet your requirements.
