Vibration Systems

Both electric and pneumatic vibration systems are offered, depending on product and system requirements. The carriers are locked into place to ensure even transfer of the vibration forces, controlled by variable frequency which can be turned on or off as required by the product. The quantity and placement of the vibrations stations is a function of the product type, mould type, dosing system, machine line configuration, and other variables.
