Demoulding Systems
Flat products of appropriate size and shaped with a relatively smooth back can be de-moulded automatically using vacuum systems to take the products directly from the mould to a packaging conveyor. Other products, due to product shape, size, design, or surface characteristics, require a turnover device to drop the mould from the carrier and then allow a type of automatic or hand assisted demoulding process to separate the product from the mould.

Mould Cleanout
Moulds generally require some type of cleaning or dumping of concrete flashing and overage to keep the mould clean for the next pour. Automatic devices to perform this device are provided.

Mould Release Agent Applicator
Many types of moulds, depending on their materials, require a mould release agent to be lightly sprayed prior to the filling of the mould with wet concrete. Release agent applicators spray a very fine and uniform mist of release agent without build-up or dripping from the nozzles. Highly efficient and effective filtration systems shroud the unit to avoid contamination to the work area and to protect workers and the work environment.
