Elavator & Lowerator

The stacking of filled moulds for transport to the kiln curing area is one of the back breaking burden elements in wet cast. Larger sized forms are more efficient, but yet more heavy for the laborious task. The elevator and lowerator are built in either electric or hydraulic models, depending on the stack weight and height requirements for the specific application. Smooth in operation and reliable workhorses, they make sure that product height is maintained in the environment of non-stiff concrete consolidated in moulds being made ready for transport or the day after when cured moulds are de-stacked for demoulding operations.
