Production Machinery
In addition to a turnkey design, manufacture and install solution, Concrete Technology International offer two standard size production lines. The lines are made specifically to meet the customer´s required production volumes and specific product mix.
Typical systems are available to produce in the range of 8,000 to 20,000 square feet (750 m2 to 1850 m2) of flat product per shift. Custom sized production lines are also available for specialized customer needs and product applications.

Production Capacities
Moulds are usually transported throughout the production process on steel or wooden carriers. The elevator and lowerator either make stacks of these carriers or de-stack them to allow them to be moved around the system individually.
